Catalog goods experienced a 15% reduction in overstocked goods, a 10% improvement in ROI and turn and an estimated 6% sales increase. All while maintaining the proper look in the store and staying within open to buy parameters. Seasonal builds experienced a 20% increase in sell-through with a 5% increase in instock percentage.
